Armouring Machines
The armouring machine is used in the manufacturing of power cables, control cables, and communication cables to apply protective metal armor. By winding steel tape around the cable, it enhances mechanical strength, compressive resistance, rodent protection, and overall durability. The metal armoring layer also provides partial magnetic shielding, reducing low-frequency electromagnetic interference and improving signal stability for sensitive cable applications.
