Wire drawing machines draw electrical copper, aluminum, and aluminum alloy rods into single wires for cable and conductor production. After the conductor rod enters the drawing machine, it passes through drawing dies until it reaches the required finished wire size. The finished wire is then collected by a dual-reel take-up system or a coil-type take-up unit, depending on the production setup.

- Rod Breakdown Machine (Aluminum Wire Drawing) Rod breakdown machines convert Ø9.5 mm standard and alloy aluminum rods rods into single wires with precise diameter, preparing them for stranding, bunching, insulation, or other steps in wire and cable production. View details

- Non-Slip Rod Breakdown Machine (Aluminum Wire Drawing) Non-slip rod breakdown machines keep the wire speed synchronized with the capstans during the wire drawing process, which reduces relative slip and helps protect the wire surface. View details

- Copper Rod Breakdown Machine Copper rod breakdown machines reduce Ø8 mm copper rods into Ø1.2–4.5 mm single wires for wire and cable production. As the copper rod moves through the drawing dies, its diameter becomes smaller and more controlled. View details
