Cable Insulation Extrusion Line
The cable insulation extrusion line is used to apply plastic insulation and sheathing to a wide range of wires and cables. Suitable for PVC, PE, and LSZH materials, the line supports high-speed production while maintaining consistent product quality. Plastic material is heated, melted, mixed, and pressurized by the rotating screw before being formed through the extrusion die to create a uniform insulation or sheath layer.
