The double twist buncher is designed for the stranding and bunching of multiple conductors or cable cores and is widely used in the wire, cable, and electronic wire industries. It is suitable for the stranding of multi-wire copper conductors, aluminum wires, aluminum alloy conductors, and cable cores. The stranding machine operates on the double-twist principle, where rotating bows and guiding components twist the conductors into a stranded structure according to the required lay length and direction. The key components of this twist buncher are the pay-off system, bunching head, take-up system, and drive system.
