Copper Continuous Casting and Rolling Line

Copper rod CCR lines produce copper rods for wire, cable, electrical components, and new energy applications. Molten copper enters the casting section and forms a solid cast bar, then moves into the rolling mill before it cools down. The rolling mill reduces the cast bar into finished copper rod with the required diameter, helping factories produce high-conductivity and high-strength conductor material in a shorter, more efficient production flow.
